Open 6 days a week, from 7AM to 8PM. Schedule a 20min slot and pop-in at any studio of your choice. And remember, you only need to train once a week! Of course no rescheduling or cancelation fee.
We call you if you miss your training for two consecutive weeks and don't schedule your next appointment. If you don't receive a call from us, your subscription will be extended by one month. That's how important it is for us that you train regularly and reach your goal!
You don’t need to be a scientist to understand how the AURUM 6 Minute Workout gives you more strength, more energy, and more joy in life. You just need to be a member.
You can book as many appointment per week as you want. However, we recommend you give your body a minimum of 5 days to recover from the intense workout.
No. It doesn't matter if you cancel your appointment one week or 5 minutes before the appointment. No cancellation fees apply. Of course we would appreciate if you tell us as soon as you know. Our trainer is there just for you and another customer might be happy to use your slot.
You can use up your trainings within 3 years.
We are happy to send you an invoice that you can pay by bank transfer (ESR). Of course you can pay your membership in our studios also by credit card, debit card or cash. We currently do not support Post Finance debit cards.
Your membership terminates automatically when your membership expires or you used up all your trainings. New customers get a testing period of up to 3 months if they choose the 12 months abo with monthly payments. Of course you can also switch to another membership type at the end of the 3 months period.
No. Once your abo expires, we will always ask you whether you want to continue your membership with us. There is no automatic renewal.
